Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping with Rising Destination Africa Group Ltd. We hope you’re satisfied by the product or service you received. However, if you need to return a purchased item, we’re here to help.

Standard Return Policy

 

If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 14 days, and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we will make the entire process as smooth as possible.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
For digital products and services, due to the nature of the service we will be able to cancel subscriptions, but refunds would not be available for customers.

Delivery

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
